Basic Policy against Organized Crime

Axis International Corporation, Ltd. (hereafter referred as "Our Company") has established and is committed to upholding the following basic policy against organized crine groups in general, including anything or anyone that poses a threat to the order and safety of civil society, or that shares any relation whatsoever with any organized crime groups.

Our Company is aware of its social responsibility to the elimination of organized crime (persons or groups) that hinder the development of a healthy society pursuing economic profit by the use of violence, power, and fraudulent methods, and will respond to them with an uncompromising attitude to ensure the integrity and appropriateness of the business.

Our Company's entire organization from senior management down to junior staff is committed to dealing with anti-social forces in line with documented principles in the Code of Ethics and Code of Conduct and the relevant company rules and regulations. The safety of our employees in dealings with anti-social forces is of paramount importance.

Our Company maintains close and constant contact with authorities such as the police forces and legal professionals in order to prevent any damage cause by any organized crime groups.

Our Company will not respond to any unreasonable demands done by any organized crime groups and will have no hesitation in launching civil and/or criminal legal action if necessary.

Our Company will have no dealings whatsoever with organized crime, including but not limited to commercial and other transactions.
